At the meeting, the PM consented to review, amend and supplement development plans and projects, focusing on developing synchronous infrastructure in line with the city’s socio-economic development plan with the vision in 2025-2030 and proposing polices and mechanism to strengthen regional development and connection, especially infrastructure connection.
He asked to mobilize more resources for investment and development, concentrating on private and foreign investment capital.
The city must be listed among top rankings, taking the lead in improving the investment and business environment, contributing to enhancing national competitiveness capacity, he added.
PM Phuc consented that specific mechanisms and policies should be created for the city for faster and more sustainable development, adding that the city is allowed to carry out works in charge of some ministries and agencies in approving some projects and adjusting planning.
