The project is aimed at developing the remote health testing network through improving the professional knowledge for doctors to upgrade the health care services at all levels.
Besides, the application of modern technology by online training and special training courses will help promote exchanges on knowledge and skills of health staff.
The total expenditure for launching the project is worth €1.650 million, including €1.5 million from the German Government and €150,000 of corresponding capital from Viet Nam.
