The government leader asked ministries, ministry-level agencies, People’s Committees of cities and provinces, and State-owned and private corporations to build on the obtained outcomes and promptly address the shortcomings over the past eight months; renovate the directing and regulating methods by specific actions to bring in real efficiency; and execute all envisaged tasks with top responsibilities.
Ministers and heads of agencies are held accountable before the PM, the government, the National Assembly (NA) and the people, if the planned targets in their respective sectors failed to be reached, the cable said.
The PM called on professional associations, the business community, businessmen and all the people to take advantage of opportunities and overcome difficulties for effective production and business, contributing to facilitating the national economic development.
He requested state management agencies to create favorable conditions for enterprises and people to organize effective production, business and investment in line with the law, and inspire creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit to businessmen and investors, driving them to make rich for themselves and for the country.
On behalf of the government, the PM asked for acceleration of supervision and active coordination from NA bodies, local People’s Councils, the Viet Nam Fatherland Front, unions, means of mass media and people, aiming to create high consensus and more vigorous changes in the process of implementing tasks of the government, ministries, sectors and localities.
He also urged the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and central committees of unions to boost communication and encourage union members and people to continue uniting and exerting joint efforts to successfully realize the socio-economic development targets set out for 2016.
