Deputy PM Truong Hoa Binh is appointed as head of the Steering Board and other 18 members from the Ministries of Natural Resources and Environment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Finance, Science and Technology, Health, Industry and Trade, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Justice, Planning and Investment, Information and Communications and Public Security, the Government Office, the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology and the Chairmen of four central provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue.
The members of the board actively propose issues related to the establishment and realization of measures to stabilize lives as well as inspect and supervise the implementation of these measures.
