The Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee was allowed to hire foreign experts in line with the Law on Bidding and Decree 30/2015/ND-CP, dated March 17, 2015.
The Chairman of the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee bears the responsibility before the PM.
The southern province was asked to use local budget and mobilize other expenditures for the plan./.
