Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will chair Vietnamese subcommittees of the following Intergovernmental Committees:
1. The Intergovernmental Committee on bilateral cooperation between Viet Nam and Laos;
2. The Viet Nam-Cambodia Joint Committee on Economic, Cultural and Scientific-Technological Cooperation;
3. The Steering Committee for Viet Nam-China Bilateral Cooperation;
4. The Steering Committee for Viet Nam-Myanmar Bilateral Cooperation;
5. The Steering Committee for Viet Nam-Thailand Bilateral Cooperation;
6. The Joint Committee on Cooperation in Economics, Science and Technology between Viet Nam and Malaysia;
7. The Steering Committee for Viet Nam-Indonesia Bilateral Cooperation;
8. The Steering Committee for Viet Nam-Brunei Bilateral Cooperation;
9. The Steering Committee for Viet Nam-Philippines Bilateral Cooperation;
10. The Steering Committee for Viet Nam-Japan Bilateral Cooperation;
11. The India-Viet Nam Joint Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation;
12. The Viet Nam-Sri Lanka Joint Committee on Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation.
Deputy PM Trinh Dinh Dung serves as Chairmen of the Russia-Viet Nam Intergovernmental Committee on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation and the Viet Nam – Netherlands Intergovernmental Committee on Climate Change Adaptation and Water Management./.
