Gov’t prepares for NASC’s fifth session

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has assigned Government members to prepare statements and reports for the upcoming fifth session of the National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was assigned to prepare a statement on the extension of building duration of Vietnamese representative offices in other countries.

The Ministry of Finance was in charge of composing a Government’s statement on the draft ordinance on court fees, and a decree on special finance and budget mechanisms for Ha Noi.

The Minister of Finance was asked to draft a report and adjust a resolution of the NASC on regulations on examination, investigation, and submission to the National Assembly on budget estimate, budget allocation, as well as budget balance-sheet ratification.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade was assigned to draft a Government report on the implementation of Resolution 1052/NQ-UBTVQH, dated October 24, 2015 on orientations, tasks, and solutions to promote international economic integration.

The Minister of Justice was requested to prepare for a report on the Law on amendments and supplements of the 2015 Criminal Code.

The Minister of Planning and Investment was asked to craft a Government’s statement on adjustment of foreign capital plan for 2016.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs was responsible for making a Government statement on an ordinance which amends and supplements some articles on preferential policies for people with merits./.
