The Government chief asked the Inter-governmental Committee to play as an advisory body for the two Governments to boost the bilateral ties in the time to come.
Brazilian FM Aloysio Nunes Ferreira said his on-going visit to Viet Nam aims to further strengthen cooperation with Viet Nam.
The top Brazilian diplomat briefed the host about the outcomes of his talks with Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh earlier the same day, during which both sides mapped out orientations to advance their relations and discussed on regional and international issues of common concerns.
He suggested the two countries expand cooperation to other fields like science and technology, security and defense, education and training, and agriculture, including the export of Brazil’s beef to Viet Nam.
FM Aloysio Nunes Ferreira also conveyed Brazilian President Michel Temer’s invitation to PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc to pay an official visit to his country./.
