Accordingly, the Government takes decisions on issues under its jurisdiction based on the principle of majority. All activities carried out by the Government and Cabinet members shall follow the Party leadership, the Constitution and law.
The Government gives prominence to the individual responsibility of heads of units and departments.
Activities of the Government, ministries, agencies and other administrative bodies at all level shall be open and transparent.
The Government will empower local authorities at proper levels in accordance with legal regulations to promote their activeness, responsibilities and creativeness in State management.
According to PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc, further improving laws and institutions, and making breakthroughs in policy frameworks, leadership and governance will be the Government’s priorities in the years to come.
