The Government chief made the request while presiding over a Government session on law building on June 23 in Ha Noi.
PM Phuc noted the importance of institutional building, especially guiding documents for the Investment Law and the Enterprise Law which shall come into effect from July 1, 2016.
“We are determined to eliminate influence of interest groups on policy-making with a view to making it easier for citizens and businesses,” said PM Phuc.
The Government leader welcomed constructive comments from the Ministry of Justice, the Office of the Government, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Fatherland Front of Viet Nam on the composition of guiding documents for the Investment Law and the Enterprise Law.
He asked for another collection of suggestions for the best versions to be adopted.
So far, 21 guiding documents for the laws which will take effect from July 1, 2016 have been introduced. However, 30 others have yet made, Minister-Chairman of the Office of the Government Mai Tien Dung reported.
So far, 49 decrees out of 50 on business conditions in accordance with the two laws have been submitted to the Government.
The drafting of those documents were conducted in line with required order and procedures and acquired consultancy from businesses and associations./.
