At the meeting, the PM asserted that the State visit to Viet Nam in March of the Emperor and Empress made a crucial landmark and a symbol in the two nations’ relationship, adding that the success of the visit will promote Viet Nam-Japan Extensive Strategic Partnership in all fields, particularly culture, tourism and people-to-people exchanges.
Mr. Phuc expected to receive more support from the Emperor and Empress for Viet Nam and the two countries’ relationship, affirming that the Vietnamese Government and people give priority to the cooperative relations with Japan.
The Vietnamese Government will do its utmost to uphold the two sides’ relationship more comprehensively and intensively for the benefits of both and contributing to the world and regional peace, stability, cooperation and development.
He respectively invited members of the Japanese Imperial Family to visit Viet Nam on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties in 2018.
The Japanese Emperor hoped that the two nations’ relationship will be tightened, especially people-to-people exchange activities on the context of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties next year.
